Born on November 29, 1990, to Kenneth and Kelli Graves, Jordiana grew up in Massachusetts and attended Ralph C. Mahar Regional School. From an early age, she displayed a vibrant spirit and a compassionate heart that would later define her relationships and career. She went on to work in the medical field, where she became known for her gentle approach, dedication, and sincere commitment to caring for others during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Family and friends remember Jordiana as a radiant and lively presence whose energy left a lasting imprint wherever she went. She had a deep love for music and often found joy in attending live performances, writing lyrics, and expressing her emotions through poetry. For her, music was more than a passion—it was a meaningful way of connecting with the world and sharing her inner voice.
